Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Here is everything you need to know.

Eligibility: Earrings must still be brand new and not worn. Final Sale Items are not eligible for return.

Initiating a Return: To begin a return, send us an email through the contact page or at saltypearl.shop@gmail.com. You must contact us through email within 14 days of purchase, initiating a return. 

Return Label: We will send you a return label, but the price for shipping will be customer's responsibility. You may ship it back in original packaging, just cover original label with the new one. 

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order. 

Refunds: Refunds will be processed back to original payment method after we have received your return. Please allow 48 hours to process. The time it takes for the refund to reflect on your payment method will depend on your bank. 

Please Note: Shipping and Handling fees are nonrefundable.
