FAQ

What are your earrings made of?

-We have both titanium and surgical stainless steel options. The earrings are categorized by metals and state which metal they are in their individual description as well.

Why do you sell your flat back earrings individually?

-In order to provide earrings for everyone and every piercing, we sell them individually. Some people only want one earring because the don't have matching piercings on both ears.

How do your flat back earrings work?

-Our earrings are inserted back first. Meaning, the post (the longest part of the earring) is inserted in the back of the ear. Once inserted, you then put the front pin (design part of the earring) in the post. We also have videos and paper instructions to help you figure it out, if needed.

What length are your earrings?

-Our earrings come with 6mm posts, if you need longer you can order them separately.

The front piece to my earring feels loose, what to I do?

-Over time that front pin piece can get loose, all it means is that you need to gently bend that pin again before putting it in the post. That little bend holds your earring in.

How do I take out my earrings?

-All you need to do is hold the back and the front pieces and pull apart. Sometimes a gentle twist back and forth can help loosen it as well.

Do I need a flat back insert tool?

-No. But it can be helpful. You use the tool by inserting it front to back, then you attach the post to the tip of the insert tool at the back of your ear and gently push the stud through your ear towards the front.  The tool is especially helpful for people with long nails, or if you have a piercing in a hard to reach spot.
